Everything is made of tales.
True stories that explain how the world works, researched and checked against the record.
The first stories are on their way. Subscribe so you don't miss them.
The idea
Behind everything you see is a chain of true events.
People, decisions, accidents and discoveries made the world the way it is, from the shape of a map to the price of a sandwich. Talecules follows that chain. Each video picks one thing you can see today and tells the true story that made it.
Molecules make up matter. Tales make up the world. That's the whole idea behind the name, said just like molecules.
What you can expect
Stories you can trust, and remember.
True, and checked
Every story is built from primary records and reputable references. When a famous story turns out to be a legend, we say so.
Explained, not just told
A good tale ends with you understanding something about the world that you didn't before.
Corrected in public
If we get something wrong, we fix it and say so under the video, so the record stays straight.
Got a story we should tell? A fact we got wrong?
